Launceston, we’re back - and we’re bringing the flavour after dark.
This October, NORTH by Night lights up the city with a deliciously curated week of tastings, experiences, and foodie fun. From Thursday 16 to Sunday 19 October 2025, the CBD will come alive with bite-sized events that celebrate the best of Northern Tasmania, its produce, its people, and its passion for good times.
Think twilight tastings, cheeky cocktails, meet-the-maker moments, and menus that showcase the region’s finest ingredients.
The first release of our program has landed, and tickets are now live! Events are designed to be more intimate, personal experiences this year and will sell out so grab yours while you can!
